Who We Are
The Aurora Volunteer Fire Department is an all-volunteer fire and rescue organization in Aurora, NY. We are funded by donations and through the Aurora-Ledyard Fire District.
We are always ready to welcome new members. Our active membership includes firefighters that have been with us over 40 years, and several that have only been active for a few years or less.
We have business meetings every month on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm (1900 hours). Training drills are on the third Monday of the month, with other training opportunities available frequently.
